**Refund and Exchange Policy**

**1. Accepted Returns:**
We are pleased to accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

- **Return Window:** Returns are accepted within the designated return window of 180 days from the delivery date.
- **Return Method:** Items should be returned using the provided return method by mail.
- **Initiation:** The return should be initiated by the buyer within the stipulated timeframe.
**2. Return Process:**
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged item or missing items from your shipment, please contact us immediately. Our customer service team is here to address any problems and provide suitable solutions.
**3. Return Reasons and Fees:**
- **Return Shipping Costs (Remorse):** If you decide to return an item due to remorse or a change of mind, please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- **Return Shipping Costs (Defective):** In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, you must take action with the delivery service (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and create a damaged goods form. Once we receive confirmation from the delivery company, a full refund will be issued. If the product is found defective before shipping, please contact our support team, and we will cover the return shipment.
- **Restocking Fee:** We do not impose restocking fees for returned items.
**4. Refund Process:**
Refunds will be processed according to the following criteria:
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
**5. Return Window Extension:**
We understand the importance of flexibility. For items purchased between August 24, 2023, and August 24, 2023, the return window is extended to 181 days from the delivery date.

- Buyers are responsible for initiating returns within the specified timeframes and providing accurate return information.
**7. Non-Accepted Returns:**
We regretfully cannot accept returns for items that fail to meet the conditions outlined above. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or returned beyond the designated return window.
