Follow the instructions indicated on the garment label carefully. In particular, if indications are given to wash it in water, do not rub it or leave it to soak, do not fold the wet garment and do not dry the garment in direct sunlight or near sources of heat.

We recommend washing the garment seperately for the first few washes in order to avoid risks related to color loss. Damage caused due to not following or incorrect use of our instructions exempt us from all responsibility.

That being said, if you think the product has defects and was not damaged due to wrong care, you can send the product back to us, and after ensuring that it was indeed defective we will refund you and compensate you for the shipping.
