EXCHANGE POLICY

Please check your products at the door and if the item is defective, ask to file a form to the UPS Employee. If the delivery is successful and the product has it's own problems, please take pictures or videos of the problem and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.


If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs and make sure you get the right item.

If you did not see the exclamations about the sizes and ordered the wrong size please contact us within 24 hours. The exchange will be made but all shipping costs belongs to the buyer.


PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, damage caused in the shipping or any abuse of the purchased product. Somehow if we send a faulty product we will refund the amount.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at TPA Outlet. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
